Acting with them with a vacuum, the skin is sucked in, massaging it accordingly. Such a massage is practiced primarily on the legs and buttocks, as a cellulite slayer, but it is also an excellent choice for treating numerous conditions, such as back pain, spinal pain or muscle tension conditions, for example. While we can perform the one on our legs ourselves, a Chinese bubble back massage must be performed for us by someone else. It is recommended to cleanse the body thoroughly before starting the massage. So it is worth taking a quick shower so that the skin is clean and free of any impurities. And how long should such a Chinese bubble massage last? Each part of the body on which we want to perform it, in order to see results, should be massaged for an average of 15 &#8211; 30 minutes, every 2 &#8211; 3 days. Twelve massages per month is able to show really very satisfactory results for any person, no matter how big a cellulite problem that person is struggling with.            <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Olive &#8211; a must-have item<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One of the key elements that should certainly be fully focused on is the presence of oil. So which oils to pay attention to? What should the best ones have in their composition? Caffeine, marine algae, as well as cinnamon, capsaicin, or l &#8211; carnitine are essential. It&#8217;s also a good idea to choose formulations with coconut oil or olive oil, which are great for nourishing the skin and giving it an extremely healthy appearance.       <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>The right choice of bubble<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is not without reason that sets of Chinese bubbles consist of several of their components, so that they can be adjusted both to the size of the hand and to the massaged area. The key thing here is to use as much force as possible, because only this guarantees the desired effects. So you need to adjust everything in such a way as to ensure maximum comfort and convenience in holding such a bubble. Certainly the smaller ones cause less pain, so it is good to start with them, and when our skin is already accustomed to the suction, then you can decide on a slightly larger size. It is a good idea to soak such bubbles in hot water, which will be about 40 degrees Celsius, before starting the massage. It allows us to get the kind of results we could only care about. There is only one rule that really works for all cosmetic procedures &#8211; regularity. If we do two massages a month, let&#8217;s not expect miracles, because such cannot be provided by the most expensive aesthetic medicine clinic. Real results will be visible if we use such a Chinese bubble on individual, sensitive parts of the body at least three times a month. So you do not need expensive treatments and high-end creams at all.
