Terms and conditions of the newsletter
§ 1 General provisions
- Organizer of the newsletter – TTS Group sp. z o.o., headquartered in Krakow, Poland, registered in the National Court Register under the number KRS 0001100254, NIP 6762667125 (hereinafter: “TTS GROUP”).
- Newsletter – a service consisting of sending electronic information about products, services, events, promotions and news offered by TTS GROUP, to the e-mail address provided by the User during subscription.
- User – an individual who has voluntarily subscribed to the TTS GROUP newsletter by providing his/her e-mail address.
- Email address – the electronic mail address provided by the User for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter.
- Regulations – this document defining the rules of using the newsletter service offered by TTS GROUP.
§ 2 Newsletter subscription rules
- To subscribe to the newsletter, the User must:
- Fill out the subscription form available on the Tao Tao SPA website.
- Provide a real and valid e-mail address that will be used to receive the newsletter.
- After subscribing to the newsletter, the user will receive an email with an activation link. Clicking on this link confirms your subscription and allows you to receive the newsletter.
- Tao Tao SPA reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the data provided by the User.
§ 3 Content of the newsletter
- The newsletter will contain information about:
- News and products offered by Tao Tao SPA.
- Events, promotions, special offers.
- News related to the activities of Tao Tao SPA.
- Tao Tao SPA reserves the right to change the content of the newsletter at any time.
§ 4 Processing of personal data
- By providing personal data, including e-mail address, the User consents to the processing of such data by TTS GROUP for the purpose of the newsletter service.
- Personal Data Administrator:
- TTS GROUP S.A., headquartered in Cracow, data as above.
- Users’ personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act and RODO (Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU 2016/679).
- You have the right to inspect, correct, delete your personal data, as well as to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time.
- Personal data will be stored for the duration of an active newsletter subscription. After its termination, the data will be deleted.
§ 5 Cancellation of newsletter
- The user can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link located in the footer of each newsletter.
- When you click on the unsubscribe link, your subscription will be canceled and you will no longer receive newsletter messages.
- Cancellation of the subscription is free of charge and can be done at any time.
§ 6 Liability
- TTS GROUP is not responsible for:
- Disruptions in access to the newsletter due to Internet network failures.
- Problems related to the receipt of newsletters by Users’ email service providers.
- TTS GROUP will make every effort to send the newsletter regularly and on time, but does not guarantee that it will be without interruption.
§ 7 Final provisions
- TTS GROUP reserves the right to change the content of these terms and conditions. Changes will be published on the website and will be effective from the moment of their publication.
- In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable laws shall apply.
- The Regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication on the Tao Tao SPA website.
