§1. ORGANIZER

The Event Organizer is TTS GROUP SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ based in Krakow, NIP: 6762667125, REGON: 528363018, correspondence address: ul. Szlak 77/222, 31-153 Krakow, Poland, e-mail: pomoc@taotaospa.pl (hereinafter: “Organizer”).

§2. NATURE OF THE EVENT

“BALI MORNING CLUB” consists of intimate wellness gatherings held in the Tao Tao SPA space and garden at Prusa 30, Konstancin – Jeziorna, combining yoga, inspiring lectures, and relaxation in a Balinese spa atmosphere.

§3. PARTICIPATION AND RESERVATION RULES

1. Participation in the Event is only possible after purchasing a ticket available at https://taotaospa.pl/masaz/bali-morning-club/.

2. Two types of tickets are available:

   • BASIC Ticket – participation in the Event and a gift package from partners.

   • PREMIUM Ticket – participation in the Event, gift package, and a massage voucher at Tao Tao SPA, valid for 12 months from the event date.

3. Purchasing a ticket implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and consent to the processing of personal data by the Organizer for the purpose of Event execution.

4. Participants are required to provide correct personal and contact information.

5. The Event is intended for adults. Minors may participate only under adult supervision.

§4. SALES AND REFUND POLICY

1. Tickets can only be purchased online.

2. Ticket refunds are possible up to 14 days before the event with a 10% handling fee deduction.

3. After this deadline, refunds are not possible, however, tickets may be transferred to another event date after prior arrangement with the Organizer.

4. The massage voucher (PREMIUM ticket) can be redeemed within 12 months from the event date with prior appointment. The voucher is non-refundable.

5. The Organizer reserves the right to change the date or cancel the event for important reasons (e.g., weather conditions, force majeure, sanitary regulations). In such cases, the Organizer may offer either a refund or participation in a new date.

§5. EVENT EXECUTION

1. The Event takes place according to the schedule available at www.taotaospa.pl.

2. The Organizer reserves the right to move part or all of the event from the garden space to inside the SPA in case of unfavorable weather conditions.

3. Participants are required to follow safety rules and venue regulations.

4. The Organizer is not responsible for damages resulting from participant’s non-compliance with the regulations.

§6. DECLARATIONS AND LIABILITY

1. Participants declare that they have no health contraindications to participate in the event and participate at their own risk.

2. In case of feeling unwell or having health problems, participants must inform the Organizer before the event begins.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation in the Event to persons showing symptoms of illness or being under the influence of alcohol or other psychoactive substances.

4. The Organizer is not responsible for any health injuries resulting from participation in the Event.

§7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

1. Participants’ personal data is processed in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations solely for the purpose of Event execution.

2. The Organizer is the data controller.

3. Participants consent to the use of their image captured during the Event in the Organizer’s promotional materials.

§8. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. Complaints regarding the Event should be submitted in writing to pomoc@taotaospa.pl within 14 days from the event date.

2. The Organizer will process the complaint within 14 days of receipt.

3. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
