If your gift voucher expiration date is approaching, please contact the Salon as soon as possible. For vouchers purchased directly from Tao Tao Spa & Massage, we can extend the validity of the vouchers for a set period of time. Note: please respect the deadlines for gift partner vouchers – after the deadline indicated on the voucher, we are unable to redeem such a voucher.
I can’t use my voucher. Can I gift it to another person?
Yes, in case you are unable to use the voucher in person, you can give it to another person. The terms and conditions for redeeming vouchers do not change.

How should I prepare for a massage?
You don’t need to prepare specially for a massage. We have taken care of all the essentials on site: flip-flops and disposable underwear. We also have bathrobes and outfits for Thai massage.
Do I need to bring a gift voucher with me?
You can have a gift voucher in electronic form. If you do not have a voucher, we cannot complete your visit.
How far in advance do I need to cancel an appointment?
Visits must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the voucher will be forfeited.
Is it possible to pay locally by card?
Yes, of course. We accept all payment cards.
